Iban Diez es socio director en MENTA Legal, despacho boutique especializado en Derecho Audiovisual y del Entretenimiento. Anteriormente era Of Counsel en el Departamento de Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías en Gómez Acebo & Pombo, uno de los despachos “big four” españoles. Allí lideraba la práctica de Media y Propiedad Intelectual.
Iban ha sido incluido en los mas importantes rankings de abogados internacionales. Actualmente es Banda 2 en Derecho de los Medios en Chambers & Partners, y también ha sido incluido en el ranking de Best Lawyers.
Es autor de numerosos artículos y publicaciones en materia de Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías, y colabora como profesor en numerosos Máster y Programas de Postgrado de Propiedad Intelectual, Derecho Audiovisual y Producción.
