The most watched series in the history of Channel 5, considered the successor to The Durrells.
“All Creatures Great and Small” is a television adaptation of the celebrated books by veterinarian and writer James Herriot, following the mythical eponymous series that aired in England between 1978 and 1990.
The eccentric Siegfried Farnon decides to hire the recently graduated James Herriot as an assistant in his veterinary practice at Skaldale House, Darrowby, a village located in the Yorkshire Dales.
Alongside them, we meet Tristan, Siegfried’s younger brother; the lovely Helen, daughter of a local farmer; and Mrs. Hall, housekeeper of the mansion.
Remember their names, because you will fall in love with all of them.
