Acceptance of Terms of Use

The present Terms of Use regulate the use of the Web Site that the Organizer makes available to the Users.

The Terms of Use together with the Terms of Engagement, the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookie Policy together constitute the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the public portion of the Web Site (the “Web Site Terms and Conditions”).

By accessing and using the Website, the User accepts in its entirety and agrees to comply fully with the Terms and Conditions of the Website. Therefore, the User must carefully read these Terms of Use as well as the other Terms and Conditions of the Web Site each time he/she intends to use the Web Site, as these may be subject to changes that would be communicated to the User with the new access. The Organizer reserves the right to update, modify or delete the present Terms and Conditions of the Website.

Website Terms of Use

The User undertakes to make good use of the Website, being understood as good use that which is in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order. Likewise, the User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of the Organizer of third parties. Likewise, the User undertakes not to carry out any act with the purpose of damaging, rendering useless or overloading the Web Site, or preventing, in any way, the normal use and operation of the same.

The User is informed that, in the event that he/she fails to comply with the content or obligations arising from the Terms and Conditions of the Website or any other particular terms or conditions contained in the Website, the Organizer reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate his/her access to the Website, taking any technical measures necessary for that purpose. Likewise, the Organizer reserves the possibility of exercising such measures in the event that it reasonably suspects that the User is violating any of the terms contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Website or any other particular terms or conditions contained in the Website.

The Organizer reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in the Website, including the contents and/or services included therein, and may even limit or deny access to such information at any time and without prior notice. In particular, the Organizer reserves the right to eliminate, limit or prevent access to the Website when technical difficulties arise due to events or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control that, in its opinion, diminish or nullify the security levels or standards adopted for the proper functioning of the Website. To this end, the Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to decide on the continuity of the information society services provided through the Website.

The Organizer is the owner or legitimate licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and the elements that comprise it from time to time, including graphics, texts, photographs, videos, sound files, trademarks and other distinctive signs, computer programs and sui generis rights over the underlying databases, the graphic design and user interface (look & feel) and the underlying computer programs (including source and object codes) (the “Contents”).

The use of the Website by the User does not grant the User any rights over the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and the Contents. The Organizer grants, to the Users who respect the Terms and Conditions of the Website, a non-exclusive authorization to use the Website, during the maximum period of validity of the intellectual and industrial property rights as established by the applicable regulations (except in the event that their access to the Website is suspended for justified cause) and with the purpose of allowing the User to use the Website in accordance with this document.

The Organizer is not responsible for the information contained on the Website meeting the User’s expectations. The Organizer is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, sufficiency, completeness or updating of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated. Neither are they responsible for the opinions or comments that may appear on the Web Site since they could either be made by the Users in their personal capacity or come from the sources indicated.

The Organizer reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in the Web Site in the terms indicated above, not assuming any commitment to communicate changes or modify the content thereof.

The User ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES to the above statements of The Organizers and additionally, GUARANTEES compliance with the regulations that apply to him/her as a User of this Website.

Links Policy

Establishment of links to the Web Site

The establishment of links to the Website is prohibited, unless previously authorized by the Organizer. In any case, once the link has been authorized by the Organizer, it must be established under the following terms:

The link may not consist of frames or frames that allow the visualization of the Web Site through Internet addresses other than those of the Web Site or that in any other way show together the information of the Web Site with that included in other web pages.

No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about the Website and/or the Organizer shall be made from the web page that introduces the link (the “Linking Site”).

In the event of non-compliance with any of the aforementioned terms, the Organizer may take the appropriate legal measures to that effect.

Linked Sites

In order to help the User find additional information, the Organizer may include various technical linking devices that allow the User to access other websites (the “Linked Sites”). In these cases, the Organizer acts as an intermediary service provider, as provided in Article 17 of the LSSI. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation, the Organizer shall not be liable for the services and content provided through the Linked Sites, unless it has actual knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence.

Under no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification or conformity of the Organizer with the statements, contents or services provided through the Linked Sites. Consequently, the Organizer is not responsible for the content of the Linked Sites, nor for their terms of use and privacy policies, and the User is solely responsible for checking and accepting them each time he/she accesses and uses them.

Reporting of activities of an illegal and inappropriate nature

In the event that the User or any other Internet User becomes aware that any kind of information or content of the Website or provided through the same is unlawful, harmful to the rights of third parties, harmful, denigrating, violent, inappropriate, contrary to the provisions of these Terms of Use or otherwise contrary to morality, customs and good customs, you may contact the Organizer indicating the following points:

In any case, The Organizers reserve the right to suspend or remove the contents that, although not illegal, are contrary to the rules set out in these Terms of Use, weighing in each case the legal assets in conflict.

Responsibility of the Organizers

The User should be aware that communications over open networks are exposed to a variety of threats that make them unsafe. It is the User’s responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats and, among them, to have updated systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as to have updated security patches for the corresponding browsers. For more information, please contact your Internet service provider, who can provide you with solutions that meet your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Organizers shall not be liable for damages caused to the User as a result of risks inherent to the medium used, nor for those caused by vulnerabilities in their systems and tools. The Organizers do not guarantee the total security of its systems and although it has adopted adequate security measures, the existence of vulnerabilities cannot be totally ruled out and, consequently, the User must be cautious when interacting with the Website.

In particular, The Organizers shall not be liable for:

  • Damages of any kind caused to the User’s computer equipment by viruses, worms, Trojans or any other harmful element.
  • Damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision of the same. In this regard, the User acknowledges that access to the Website requires services provided by third parties outside the control of The Organizers (by way of example: telecommunications network operators, access providers, etc.) whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation do not correspond to The Organizers, nor is part of its responsibility to ensure the availability of the service.
