María Adánez is a distinguished actress in the realm of comedy in Spain, renowned for her work in highly successful television series. Her experience includes significant roles in three very popular comedic series on Spanish television, demonstrating her ability to connect with the audience in this genre.

Her film career spans over twenty movies, reflecting her versatility and commitment to various types of roles. In theater, she has been nominated on several occasions for her performances as a lead, evidencing her ability to portray complex and challenging characters.

Recently, María has been involved in the series ‘La que se avecina’ and ‘Amar es para siempre’, and was nominated for the Valle Inclán Award for her role in ‘Divinas Palabras’, directed by José Carlos Plaza. She is currently touring with the play ‘¡Ay, Carmela!’, also directed by Plaza. Additionally, the release of two new movies in which she participates is anticipated: ‘Invasión’ by David Martín Porras and ‘Menudas Piezas’ by Nacho García Velilla.
