The event, which will bring together the public and the industry and will set the trends in series for the coming season, will have a board formed by professionals of recognized prestige in the audiovisual industry.
Madrid, July 18, 2023. The South International Series Festival will have the advice and opinion of an Advisory Committee formed by professionals of recognized prestige in the audiovisual industry. The names that will form the board of this first edition are:

- Sara Arnott, CEO of Your Script to Screen
- José Luis Acosta, screenwriter, director and producer of film and television.
- Montse Abad, producer and screenwriter
- Carlos Rosado Cobián, President Spain Film Commission
- Nadine Luque, CEO at Golden Arrow Entertainment
- Daniel Écija, CEO at Good Mood
- Elvira Mínguez, Actress and Writer
- Jesús Sotomayor, Director
- Eva Cebrián, Producer
- David Felipe Arranz, Journalist
- Antonio Saura, Producer and distributor
- Lucía Sánchez, Lawyer
A multidisciplinary team with a wide experience in the audiovisual industry that will actively collaborate with the Festival to develop its vision and line of programming content together with the management team. Professional profiles have been selected with a long and prestigious career in the audiovisual industry.
South International Series Festival will be held from October 6 to 12 and will host in Cadiz the premiere of the big titles of the series season in 2024. The program will feature sixty titles of series that will be premiered in Cadiz, up to a hundred projects will be screened and around seventy activities will be organized to promote business among the participants.

South International Series Festival is a private initiative sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport of the Regional Government of Andalusia, co-financed with European funds, with the collaboration of the City Council of Cadiz and the participation of Mediaset España as media partner. The Unicaja Foundation and Canal Sur are also collaborating in this first edition.
